Fresh lime on the nose – like a margarita without tequila. On the palate it’s dry and light, with pronounced lemongrass and lime flavours on a fleshy texture. The acidity is pleasantly rounded and well-tuned. This is a versatile white at the table and would be especially good for pork done various ways, including simple grilled chops, roast tenderloin and even pulled pork.
