Israeli air strikes kill 10 Lebanese civilians, Hezbollah vows to retaliate

Lebanon's state-run news agency says the civilian death toll from two Israeli strikes on Feb. 14 has now risen to 10, making it the single deadliest day since in more than four months of near-daily cross-border exchanges.
