For the first time in 36 years, Canadians are getting the chance to cheer on their national team in the men’s FIFA World Cup. This is the second time in history Canadians can celebrate as their men’s national team plays on the world stage, but caring about soccer is not exactly new for the country – four years ago, 25.8 million Canadians, accounting for 72 per cent of the population, tuned in to watch the competition. In 2015, Canada broke its all-time audience records for the women’s World Cup – held here in Canada – with 20.9 million viewers tuning in.

Whether you’re new to the sport or a seasoned fan, The Globe and Mail wants to know where you plan to watch the games. If you’re not watching at home, where will you be watching? Are you attending, or even organizing viewing parties at bars and restaurants? Where are the best establishments in your city to watch the games unfold?

Tell us by filling out the form below, or if you’d prefer, please share where you’re watching from by e-mailing audience@globeandmail.com.
