This four-plus-one bedroom, five-bathroom detached home on the border of Little Portugal and Trinity Bellwoods in Toronto, sold for $110,000 under asking after being on the market for 47 days. The modern rebuilt home at 48 Foxley St. sold for just over $2.5-million in September.
