“I believe this was the first listing in awhile where we had buyers coming out in droves,” Ms. Davie says. “It seemed that buyers had fully accepted the new [mortgage] rates and were willing to move forward. This product was also very desirable given that three-bedroom town homes under $1-million in Vancouver aren’t very common these days.”
