Guys, we know it's tough to admit: having sensitive skin is a pain. It makes the simplest things - face-washing, shaving, moisturizing - feel like a stray smile will crack our fragile complexions. But we keep quiet. What kind of guy complains about sensitive skin?

Well, turns out guys such as fancy TV leading man (and fairly decent maid of honour) Patrick Dempsey have the same problems as us. Grey's Anatomy's Dr. McDreamy has teamed up with L'Oréal for its new sensitive-skin-focused men's line. All four products - a cream cleanser ($10.99), shaving gel ($6.99), after-shave balm ($10.99) and 24-hour moisturizer ($10.99) - are free of soap, alcohol and colourants. They also contain four minerals (calcium, magnesium, copper and manganese) to help protect and energize our skin.

Unlike many men's products we've used, this L'Oréal kit smells clean and crisp, with thankfully not a whiff of an alpine blast or arctic rush. Our favourite is the cream cleanser, which doesn't leave us dry, like many soapy gels we've used in the shower.

Available at major drug stores across Canada. Visit www.lorealmen.ca for more information.
