Grades 10-12 students, male and female, from Eastern Commerce and Pearson C.I. played a hockey game as a culmination of a successful partnership between Toronto Police, TDSB and the National Hockey League Players Association. This program, called Goals and Dreams, has enabled new Canadians and students who would never have had the opportunity to experience hockey to be able to meet weekly to learn skills, have the appropriate equipment and play hockey.
