Before he had even been in office for 24 hours, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made Forbes magazine's list of the world's 73 most powerful people.

Mr. Trudeau ranked 69th on the magazine's seventh annual ranking of powerful politicians and businesspeople, a few spots ahead of U.S. Republican presidential hopeful Donald Trump. At 43 years old, Mr. Trudeau is the fifth youngest on the list, and the only Canadian.
