wine review

Not your everyday pinot grigio (or at least not most people's everyday pinot grigio), this is worth the premium over most $12 to $14 offerings. Light yet fleshy and ripe, it serves up lemon, pear and, aromatically speaking, hot stones. Or let's just say it's smooth, with a mineral finish. Fine for a wide variety of seafood dishes. Available in Ontario.
