Medium-bodied and rounded, with soft acidity supporting a subtly sweet core of sticky, honeyed fruit. As usual, the fine Momo organic line comes through with an invigorating mineral-flinty note on the finish. It’s a versatile wine for food and would match particularly well with dishes involving slightly sweet embellishments, such as salmon glazed with honey or maple syrup. Available in Ontario.
