I have always loved Indian flavours and they adapt well to the grill, such as these lamb T-bones (the trendy name for lamb loin chops), which become wonderfully tender.

Serve rice on the side and include an Indian tomato and onion salad, flavoured with fresh coriander, lime juice and salt. The eggplant pizza makes either a flavourful app or a side dish with the lamb.
