Tar Pit

1 ounce dark or black rum (Gosling’s is ideal)

1 ounce Demerara rum

1 ounce Fernet-Branca

½ ounce orgeat

½ ounce Pimento Dram

1 ounce lime juice

Sprig mint

Lime, sliced

Method

Shake ingredients with ice and double-strain into glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with mint and lime slice.
