FINE LINES For F/W 2011, DKNY, Donna Karan’s cool little-sister version of her namesake label, focused on graphic prints, including big, bold stripes, pared down further in a palette of black, white and red. PERIOD PIECES Many designers went dotty this fall: Polka dots on everything from tights to hats. Marc Jacobs, in particular, didn’t bother hiding his love affair with the print, throwing dots on entire outfits from top to toe. Ford’s Dots design in white ($449 plus installation) salutes the look.Supplied
