(NYSE: YOU) ("CLEAR" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has approved a regular quarterly cash dividend policy. The Company intends to pay dividends quarterly to holders of Class A Common Stock and Class B Common Stock, subject to Board approval each quarter, with the first quarterly dividend of $0.07 to be paid on August 18, 2023, to holders of record on August 11, 2023.
