(TSX: TOU) ("Tourmaline" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has agreed to issue $250 million aggregate principal amount of senior unsecured notes due May 30, 2027 (the "Notes"). The Notes will be issued at par for aggregate gross proceeds of $250 million and will bear interest at a fixed rate of 4.856% per annum, payable semi-annually on the 30th day of November and May of each year, commencing on November 30, 2024 .
