(TSX: ZZZ) have agreed to the terms of a Plan of Arrangement resulting in the acquisition by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited. Each share of Sleep Country Canada Holdings will receive $35.00 cash consideration. Sleep Country Canada Holdings shares will be removed from the S&P/TSX Composite Index prior to the open of trading on Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
