The iShares MSCI EAFE Small-Cap ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of small-capitalization developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada. The Fund seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE Small Cap Index. The Underlying Index represents the small cap size segment of the MSCI EAFE Index. The Fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the Underlying Index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the Underlying Index.
