TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - O3 Mining Inc. (TSXV: OIII) (OTCQX: OIIIF) ("O3 Mining" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that effective December 15, 2023, it granted to certain officers, directors and/or employees of the Corporation (i) an aggregate of 910,000 restricted share units of the Corporation ("RSUs"), and (ii) an aggregate of 330,000 deferred share units of the Corporation ("DSUs"). The RSUs are subject to a three-year cliff vesting period from the date of grant. The DSUs will vest in accordance with the Corporation's DSU plan.
