("Nova" or the "Company") (TSXV: NOVR) (OTCQB: NOVRF) is pleased to announce that, at its special meeting (the "Meeting") of the holders (the "Nova Shareholders") of common shares of Nova ("Nova Shares"), Nova Shareholders approved a special resolution (the "Arrangement Resolution") authorizing and approving the previously announced arrangement (the "Arrangement") under section 288 of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) with Metalla Royalty & Streaming Ltd. ("Metalla") (NYSE American: MTA)(TSXV: MTA), pursuant to which, among other things, Metalla will acquire all of the issued and outstanding Nova Shares for consideration consisting of 0.36 of a Metalla common share in exchange for each Nova Share held.
