MONTRÉAL, Nov. 11, 2024 /CNW/ - Groupe Dynamite Inc. ("Groupe Dynamite" or the "Company") announced today the launch of the initial public offering of subordinate voting shares by way of a secondary offering and the commencement of its roadshow following the filing of an amended and restated preliminary base PREP prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada. The selling shareholders expect to offer 14,285,715 subordinate voting shares at an offering price of between $19 and $23 per share, and to grant the underwriters an option to acquire up to an additional 2,142,857 subordinate voting shares to cover over-allocations, if any.
