Griffon Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

The Board of Directors of Griffon Corporation (NYSE: GFF) (the “Company” or “Griffon”) yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per share. The dividend is payable on June 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 25, 2023.
