FIRST US BANCSHARES, INC. DECLARES CASH DIVIDEND

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 26, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --  First US Bancshares, Inc. (Nasdaq: FUSB) (the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per share. The dividend is payable on July 1, 2021 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 11, 2021.

“We are pleased to announce a dividend for the twenty-eighth consecutive quarter,” stated James F. House, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. “We will continue to evaluate any future dividend payments to ensure that they are consistent with our commitment to maintaining our strong capital base,” concluded Mr. House.
