Today announced operating and financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. For the third quarter ended September 30, 2024, revenues were $1.18 billion, up 12% (11% in local currency) and Adjusted EBITDA was $154.6 million, up 7% (6% in local currency) versus the prior year quarter. Adjusted EPS was $1.32, up 11% from $1.19 in the prior-year quarter. Colliers International Group Inc. shares T.CIGI are trading down $13.69 at $200.01.
