(“Aldebaran” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: ALDE, OTCQX: ADBRF) is pleased to announce that Stillwater Canada LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sibanye Stillwater Limited (“Sibanye-Stillwater”) and Aldebaran’s second largest shareholder, has elected to exercise 1,590,000 previously issued common share warrants for gross proceeds to the Company of $1,113,000. The warrants have an expiry date of September 15, 2022 and a strike price of $0.70.
