Argan, Inc. (NYSE: AGX) (“Argan” or the “Company”) announces the promotion of Charles Collins from his current position as Co-President to Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of its wholly owned subsidiary, Gemma Power Systems (“GPS”).
