Clairvest Group Inc. (CVG-T) announced the sale of its equity interests in DTG Enterprises Holdings Inc. as part of a recapitalization of DTG.
CVG said its portion of the sale proceeds was about US$53.2-million.

Rogers Sugar Inc. (RSI-T) reported revenue of $267.4-million in its fourth quarter ended Sept. 30, up from $243.2-million a year earlier. The expectation was for revenue of $256.3-million.
Its net loss was $45.5-million or 44 cents per share versus a profit of $16.1-million or 15 cents a year ago.
Adjusted net earnings came in a $12.2-million or 12 cents per share versus earnings of $9.6-million or 9 cents per share a year ago.

Tecsys Inc. (TCS-T) reported revenue of $38.1-million for its second quarter ended Oct. 31, compared to $34.3-million a year ago. The expectation was for revenue of $36.2-million in the latest quarter, according to S&P Capital IQ.
Net profit was $700,000 or 5 cents per share compared to a net profit of $952,000 or 6 cents per share a year ago.

Interfor Corp. (IFP-T) announced it has priced US$200-million in additional long-term debt financing with Prudential Private Capital. It said the senior secured notes will carry an annual interest rate of 7.06 per cent and have a final maturity in 2033. Interfor said all other terms remain consistent with its existing senior secured notes.
The proceeds will be used to finance its previously announced acquisition of Chaleur Forest Products in New Brunswick.
