So far in 2024, four Primaris REIT (PMZ-UN-T) insiders have spent a total of $898,384 buying units in the public market. The biggest buyer was chief executive officer Alexander Avery, who purchased 38,608 units at an average price of $13.70. He now holds 576,105 Series A Units. When the REIT reported first-quarter results on May 1, Funds from Operations (FFO) per average diluted unit, was 38.8 cents versus 36.9 cents a year earlier. The REIT raised its 2024 guidance for FFO per fully diluted unit by a penny to a midpoint of $1.625.
