Mullen Group Ltd. (MTL-T) announced the sale of property that includes an operating terminal and 4.5 acres of associated lands in Surrey, B.C.
“At the beginning of 2022, we established a number of priorities for Mullen Group, which included managing the balance sheet. As part of this process, we identified a number of non-core assets including the Tenold Terminal,” the company stated, adding that this latest sale alongside brings it close to its target of “virtually no bank debt” by year-end.

Enghouse Systems Limited (ENGH-T) reported revenue of $108.1-million for its fourth quarter ended Oct. 31 compared to revenue of $113.1-million a year ago. The expectation was for revenue of $103.7-million in the latest quarter, according to S&P Capital IQ.
Net income was $36.9-million or 67 cents per share compared to $30.2-million or 54 cents a year ago.

Energy Fuels Inc. (EFR-T) announced it has been awarded a contract to sell $18.5-million of natural uranium concentrates to the U.S. government for the establishment of a strategic uranium reserve. The reserve is intended to be a backup source of supply for domestic nuclear power plants in the event of a significant market disruption, the company stated.
