N.S. community calls for removal of huge tidal power moorings left in harbour

A small community along Nova Scotia's Bay of Fundy coast is calling for the removal of four train cars filled with concrete left behind in their harbour after a tidal power project recently went bankrupt. Transport Canada has confirmed the huge moorings -- which were originally to be towed to a test site on the bay -- are now considered navigational hazards, but it's not clear who is going to take care of the problem.
