With Cristiano Ronaldo set to don the black and white, fans of Juventus are excited about what’s to come. But investors in the Italian soccer club have already scored. Shares of the Milan-listed Juventus Football Club S.p.A. have jumped nearly 25 per cent in the past week since rumours of Ronaldo’s departure from Spain’s Real Madrid swirled across Europe. The stock rose 6 per cent on Tuesday to 0.90 euros after both clubs made the move official. Juventus is controlled by the Agnelli family, prominent Italian industrialists who also own large stakes in Fiat, Ferrari and the Economist.
