Optimize Wealth Management is pleased to announce the appointment of Irene Cameron as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
Irene brings a wealth of experience, having most recently served as Senior Financial Controller at Optimize Wealth Management, where she oversaw cost control and ensured the integrity of financial reporting. Her responsibilities included preparing comprehensive monthly financial reports, collaborating with auditors on year-end audits and corporate tax returns. Irene also played a pivotal role in vendor management, contract reviews, and implementing cost-control measures.
Previously, Irene spent almost 20 years as the President and CEO of Arrowhead Development Company Ltd., a real estate construction firm. Irene’s background also includes serving as Vice President of Finance for Iroquois Water Ltd. and as an accountant with Deloitte & Touche. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting from St. Francis Xavier University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
