Before coming to the Globe to report on business, Victoria spent a year covering breaking news in Toronto, from the McArthur serial killer investigation to the deaths of Honey and Barry Sherman and the Toronto van attack. She also penned an investigative series into the transfer of abusive teachers from school to school across Ontario, prompting a change to provincial law, and covered the Tragically Hip's final tour in 2016.
