He worked full time at The Globe for close to 40 years, primarily in Sports covering everything from high school athletics to the professional leagues. Over the years he has been fortunate enough to cover the likes of Vince Carter as he helped put the Toronto Raptors on the basketball map, and was present when Jose Bautista famously flipped his bat after his dramatic home run against the Texas Rangers. He remains an avid cyclist and backgammon player.
