Area of Expertise

Lifestyle

In her career specializing in lifestyle journalism, Juliette has handled a wide range of topics from runway trends to RESP's. She got her start at Toronto Life Fashion (now known as FASHION magazine) and then spent seven years at Flare as the magazine's beauty director covering the global beauty beat and interviewing notable personalities such as Valentino and Paco Rabanne. She then switched gears into custom publishing and spearheaded content strategies for major brands such as P&G Beauty North America, Shoppers Drug Mart and Maison Birks. However, she missed the buzz of being an editor and joined The Globe and Mail in 2022.

Why did you become a journalist?

Because it brings a heartbeat and a community of thoughtful voices who help us make sense of the world around us.
