Jeremy Torobin is a former reporter for The Globe and Mail. He has covered Canadian and international economics at The Globe and Mail since late 2009. He came to the Globe after four years as an editor with Bloomberg News, including three in Ottawa capped off by the 2008 federal election, and a year in Washington during the global economic crisis.

Before that, he earned a master's degree in international relations at the London School of Economics on a Chevening Scholarship, after spending five years in Washington as a reporter with Congressional Quarterly, where he covered beats such as defence, foreign policy, trade and homeland security. He has also worked at The Vancouver Sun and The London Free Press.
