Eileen Dooley is a talent and leadership development specialist, and a leadership coach, based in Calgary Alberta
A people, culture and communications leader, Eileen works with senior leadership and management teams to identify opportunities for people, leadership and culture improvements, as well as help clients to embrace opportunities to define career objectives aligned with personal goals and expectations. She combines coaching with additional skills in assessment, mediation, negotiation and communications.
Prior to coaching and career management, Eileen spent 15 years as a communications professional, providing counsel to senior-level management and internal teams. Eileen is a regular monthly columnist with the Globe and Mail and trusted thought leader on people, culture, and career trends, as well as a source for other national and local publications and radio outlets.
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba, a diploma in Corporate Communications from Centennial College and a certificate in Strategic Management from the University of Calgary. She is a certified coach through the International Coaches Federation and the Coaches Training Institute. Eileen is a member of the International Coaches Federation and the Human Resources Institute of Alberta.
