Cliff is a co-founder of Shared Bylines, a BIPOC-focused scholarship and mentorship program for early-career Canadian journalists.

Why did you become a journalist?

Because it's important, all of it. Whether Canadians are concerned with the state of the country, or looking for a good book or film recommendation, good journalism helps inform every part of our lives.
