Bruce, principal of BruceSandy.com and Pathfinder Coaching & Consulting, is a certified career, executive and relationship coach, consultant, writer and professional speaker who has been working with clients from across Canada, the U.S. and abroad since 1992.

He is an executive coach with the executive MBA program at the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia and has taught and guest lectured on management, leadership, and career development at UBC, the British Columbia Institute of Technology and Dalhousie University.

He is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a founding executive Board member of the Vancouver Chapter of the ICF. He has served on a number of professional development and research committees both nationally and internationally. He is certified in emotional intelligence and a number of leading edge coaching methodologies and assessments.
