CES, the primary showcase for what’s new in products in the consumer electronics industry, is fast approaching. In the lead-up to its run on Jan. 7 to Jan. 10 in Las Vegas, there has been heightened buzz on what’s trending in home tech. Realtors continue to say that the post-pandemic desire for home amenities, such as gyms, movie rooms, offices and spas, has become a permanent shift in lifestyle. According to Steven Hummel, a producer of CES at the Consumer Technology Association, the smart home ecosystem now encompasses home security, energy management, sleep technologies, home wellness assistants, smart appliances, home robots and smart TVs. Advances in artificial intelligence are also having an enormous impact on home tech, improving the capacity of devices to personalize user preferences, and providing more accurate and timely alerts. Here are a few new home tech devices to keep an eye on in 2025, both at CES and beyond.

The Aires Tech Lifetune Zone Max neutralizes EMF, creating fields more compatible with naturally created biological EMF. Aires Tech products aim to reduce the potentially harmful effects of artificial EMFs by creating an environment that supports the body’s natural electromagnetic activities while not interfering with electronic devices’ communication functionalities.
