Radhika Kakkar brings deep expertise in business transformation and operations to goeasy’s Board with over two decades of experience in deploying technology-enabled solutions to solve business challenges. Currently, Radhika is the Chief Operating Officer at Wealthsimple where she leads operations, strategy, and customer success and facilitates an ambitious product strategy within a strictly regulated sector.
Before joining Wealthsimple, Radhika was instrumental at Snap Inc. as its Vice President of Global Operations and at Accenture, where she spent 13 years and rose to the position of Managing Director & Partner. Her track record demonstrates a clear ability to lead organizations and drive business growth through the use of technology.

Beyond her executive roles, Radhika has shared her expertise as an independent director for InTouchCx since 2020 and as an Executive Advisor to Origin, a start-up in women’s health. She also holds a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University.
