The public appetite for all things Jackson may never be sated: Witness the new reality series The Jack5ons: A Family Dynasty (Sunday, Dec.13, 9 p.m., A&E). It's a six-episode series that began filming earlier this year to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Motown group. This being the Jackson clan, there's lots of bickering and hissy fits between the brothers, particularly Jackie and Jermaine. And for once, the drama in this reality series doesn't (always) feel concocted. "They still runnin' home to Mama tellin' on each other," says Tito at one point. Mama suggests "the boys" head home to Gary, Ind., so they can bond and, while not all of them go, this trip puts Marlon and Tito back in the tiny bungalow on 2300 Jackson Street where they grew up. The memories pour out, and prompt them to talk openly about their dad's iron rule. Back in Los Angeles, there's a teary, cathartic talk between the four brothers that helps heal old wounds, but two weeks later, Michael dies. A&E's cameras capture each of the brothers after his death and watches them cope personally and professionally since MJ will no longer be part of the reunion record or tour. His death disrupts the brotherly harmony again (maybe these guys can never get along?), especially when Jermaine starts working on that failed Vienna tribute concert. A&E airs two episodes back to back, with material filmed before, during and just after Michael's death. The series continues the following Sunday.

Gordon Ramsay: Cookalong Live (Tuesday, 9 p.m. on Fox). Instead of shouting at amateur chefs, Gordon Ramsay steps behind the stove to lead viewers through three recipes. But don't even think about tuning in unprepared: He's put utensil and ingredient lists online at fox.com/cookalong and expects viewers to work with him as he puts together a pasta appetizer, steak main and tiramasu dessert. At least, in the safety of your own kitchen, he can't see your mistakes.
